This generic brand fan is commonly sold all over the internet as a RED UV fan. The fan is orange and appears more orange. It is fair quality, fairly quiet with 4 UV LEDS. The leads are ~7.5". Not a bad deal for the price. They actually do a better job than Thermaltake by routing the LED wiring through the fan struts.

The photo is a good representation of what it looks like under its own UV LED's. It's a little brighter with UV cold cathodes also lighting it.
