Chomerics T412 Thermal Tape, 1.75"x1.75"
Product Description
Ideal size for most heatsinks you would use for chipset/video cooling up to about a 50mm heatsink. Enough when cut for 4-6 ramsinks.
NOTE: I have used this tape a number of times and it adheres better when warm. Also note that as with any tape its not going to work very well if the surface is not flat and clean. Its extra thickness does make it more tolerant of less than flat surfaces.

THERMATTACH T412 thermal tape consists of a high bond strength, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, loaded with titanium diboride and applied to an expanded aluminum carrier. The combination of filler, expanded metal and embossed surface enhances both tape conformability and thermal performance. For additional application information concerning BGAs, PGAs, ceramic packages, packages with heat spreaders and/or PQFPs.
THERMATTACH tapes are embossed with a unique pattern for maximum conformability and minimal air pockets.
