A word from the owner: Policies are made to protect ones self and business. Officially the following represents my policies. However being the owner I handle every situation personally and will go out of my way to take care of my customers.

Payment: At present the only accepted form of payment is Paypal. Via Paypal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or bank account. You can use credit cards with or without a Paypal account.

Pricing: I try and offer fair and competitive prices across the board. I may match some pricing but I won't match prices with many of the struggling or overstocked businesses that are gasping for air and dumping products at or below cost trying to survive. I also won't match obvious loss leaders. Times are tough all over right now but I intend to stay in business and you don't do that by losing money on sales.

A few words about Google shopping and pricing... Some how or another Google has my site referenced twice. Google automatically picks up my catalog and updates when they feel like it and the two instances of my store are often out of sync. The most current pricing is always on my store and I have no control of what Google choses to publish and when. I often change prices multiple times a week and Google is often days behind. I will always try and give you the best deal but I am not responsible for any information published elsewhere whether it be Google, Yahoo or any pricing engine.

Product Availability: We use a real time inventory system that will not allow you to add an item to your cart if the on hand quantity has reached zero. If you do add an item to your cart it will show you the maximum you can order which is the on hand quantity. So except in rare conditions (damaged etc.) any item you can add to your cart is available for immediate shipping. We do reserve the right to limit quantities and/or refuse any order.

Orders Processing: Orders received by 5pm Eastern time will be sent out same day. Often we go later but 5pm is the advertised cut off time. Shipping confirmations are usually sent out in the evening. We also ship priority mail up until noon on Saturday.

International orders: We now offer sales and shipping to select international locations. Shipping is via UPS or Priority International and real time rates will be provided at checkout based on weight and destination. The rates are high even for Priority but we may be able to save you additional money by using USPS flat rate boxes, if the order will fit, and refund you the difference after shipping.

Currently accepting Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City, Israel.

If not listed and not in the former Soviet states or in most of Asia feel free to ask.

There are a few caveats to international orders.

We will only accept orders from verified Paypal members shipping to their verified shipping address. Absolutely no exceptions outside the US or Canada.

The purchaser shall be responsible for any and all taxes and/or customs fees if imposed.

The purchaser acknowledges anartik shall not be responsible for any customs delays.

Shipping: NOTE: We reserve the right to upgrade shipping for faster and more economical service. However if you put a comment on your order we will stick with your shipping selection.

USPS Priority is using zoned rate tables with rates based on weight and your zone. Rates now start at $4.95 for Priority Mail 2-3 day.

We are now using UPS real time shipping rates. Price shown at checkout reflects cost based on weight and declared value (insured).

During checkout you can just enter a city and zip, select a shipping method and click apply. Your shipping charges will then appear on your invoice. UPS rates are shown to you in a selection list before hand. You must select the method and apply to see the rates on your invoice.

We don’t inflate shipping charges to make a profit. Priority mail will generally arrive in 2-3 days and Express 1-2 days depending on your location. Should Express Mail pay a claim for late arrival we will credit your purchasing account for the amount charged. We will make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible but any shipping guarantee is based on carrier shipping time only.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order it must be done prior to its shipping. Once it has shipped it is your responsibility to return it, at your expense, in the original, unopened and undamaged box. Our first priority is getting orders out the door and then we send shipping confirmations later which means your package may have already shipped even if you have not yet received shipping confirmation. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damages: You must notify us of any items that arrive damaged, in writing by email, within 24 hours of package receipt. Any damaged items will have to be returned postage paid to anartik.com. We will pay the shipping to send you a new product and there are no returns/refunds for damaged items. Any item returned postage/freight collect will be refused. You may insure the package at your option but we will not be responsible for any lost damage returns. We do not cross ship.

Defects: I will personally repair/replace/refund any item purchased at anartik.com for a period of 60 days from invoice date (excluding garage sale/clearance items). The remedy is at my discretion. Any warranty beyond that point is between you and the manufacturer. Fans will not be warranted for broken blades or housings other than damages reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any defective items will have to be returned postage paid to anartik.com. We will pay the shipping to send you a new product and there are no returns/refunds for defective items. Any item returned postage/freight collect will be refused. You may insure the package at your option but we will not be responsible for any lost defect returns. We do not cross ship.

Returns: You must contact us by email for return authorization. Any item(s) purchased here can be returned for a period of 30 days from invoice date, without a restocking fee, with the following exceptions:

The item must be unused, undamaged and unmodified in any way with all original contents and packaging. Any item that is retail packed, i.e. skin pack, cannot be returned once it is opened. Any special order or custom made/cut to order item. Any damaged item not reported within 24 hours of receipt. This is particularly true for broken fan blades. We won’t replace a fan if you break the blades or housing. Any item sold as “all sales final”. These would be any items in the “garage sale” or clearance section. These items are guaranteed to work and will be refunded if they don’t but no returns otherwise.

Refunds will be credited to the account you used to purchase the order with. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any item returned postage/freight collect will be refused. You may insure the package at your option but we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

The policy is pretty straight forward and designed to keep prices low. No one wants to buy a used product as new.
