PWM Connector
Note: This is a PWM controlled fan (not thermistor) which requires a mobo or device with a PWM connection for speed control. It includes a regular 4 pin Molex adapter but you lose speed control and RPM. The plug is compatible with 3 pin connectors but you lose the PWM function.
Fan speed is controlled automatically by the PWM function from the motherboard. Let the PWM automatically adjust the fan speed for you.
4-Pin Molex adapter and fan screws provided.
