This is an old Vantec cooler and I'm not sure of the model. It's probably a low end socket A cooler. Either way the real usefulness is in other applications where a low profile 60mm heatsink would be useful. It has a 60x10mm aluminum heatsink and a 60x10mm 3 pin RPM fan.
