Closing Sale: 01/01/12 Final closeout sales start now. Below are the new terms for the closeout sale with supercede anything listed in the policy section. It's taken much longer to sell down than expected but I'm hoping to be done in the next few weeks. Some items listed are already out of stock but you won't be abele to add anything out of stock to your cart. 2/13/11 is the expected shutdown date.
With the exception of a few items that have been price adjusted everything is 60% off our regular prices across the board.
1) All sales final. No refund, exchange or return.
2) All sales items are warrantied for 7 days following receipt of package (as indicated by tracking). At my discretion I will refund or exchange if an item is defective or damaged. Beyond 7 days contact the manufacturer.
3) "is it in stock?", "do you/when will you have?" emails will not be answered. Except in rare cases if you can put it in your shopping cart it is in stock. Should any item not be in stock or short quantity you will be promptly refunded. Order will be processed and shipped with available quantities.
4) Orders will continue to ship within 24 hours but may not necessarily go out same day. This all depends on the variable daily pickup time for mail. For the most part there will no longer be special trips to drop off packages that missed daily pickup.
5) Prices are subject to change at anytime by publication. Prices good for in stock items. No rainchecks.
6) No prior sale price adjustments.
7) I reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service.
