Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366/775/AM2 RT CPU Cooler
Product Description
NOTE: Instead of supplying a cooler with a set of adapters Thermalright is now marketing separate models for each of LGA1366/LGA775/AM2. For now we will only be stocking the 1366 RT model and allow the selection of the mounting kit you want with your cooler. You will only receive the mounting kit you select and the default is 1366. The heatsink itself is identical to the original Ultra 120 Extreme. If you already have one you can buy just the mounting kit and/or the fan bracket(CPU Accessory section).
The latest incarnation of the Ultra 120 Extreme now includes a 120mm fan and a fan shroud that improves airflow through the heatsink. If you wish to add a second fan the Scythe S-Flex 120mm 63.7CFM is an identical match. This fan is available as a discounted option above. If you are looking for more flow visit our 120mm fan section for other options. Note that the fan holders only hold 25mm thick fans and not 38mm.
Uses high quality aluminum fins for best balance of heat absorption and conduction.
Utilizes six high quality 6mm heatpipes, strategically positioned to pick up the heat from the CPU.
Proprietary bent winglet design to minimize airflow resistance.
Heat pipes soldered to base (nickel plated) and fins for optimum heat transfer.
Stack of 52 pieces of aluminum fins, the most over any other heatsinks in the market. Can be covered entirely by a 120mm fan to absorb all in-coming air flow.
Vast compatibility list for multiple multi-core CPUs and platforms.
